The location is perfect for both leisure and business travelers, providing good access to various attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially during an evacuation due to an earthquake. The dining options on the 22nd floor exceeded expectations, offering a variety of food choices. The location was central, within walking distance of many top sights in the Reforma district.
