Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a great view of Mexico City, but the room conditions were below par despite paying extra for included amenities and breakfast that took a while. The location is perfect for both leisure and business travelers, providing good access to various attractions. The dining experience exceeded expectations with delicious options, although the facilities may need improvement.
When we first booked, the room we were given wasn't as described or pictured, but it turned out to be spacious, with a great breakfast, and the staff was overall friendly. The location was right off the streets and was booked for us by one of our companions traveling with us.
The hotel was in a convenient location in Paseo de la Reforma, perfect for a quick trip to see the sites. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of space, but the overall condition of the hotel was run down and in need of renovation. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially during an evacuation due to an earthquake. The dining options on the 22nd floor exceeded expectations, offering a variety of food choices. The location was central, within walking distance of many top sights in the Reforma district.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with fully stocked mini-bars, providing a very cozy stay. The friendly and helpful staff go out of their way to assist guests, making the stay truly enjoyable. The location is ideal for both leisure and business travelers, with easy access to top tourist attractions. The dining options are varied and satisfying, although breakfast could be improved.
